In consideration of being allowed to participate in any activities, programs, or services provided by FAR Method (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 

 1.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in physical activities, including but not limited to fitness classes, personal training sessions, and any other activities offered by the Studio, involves inherent risks and dangers. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, muscle soreness, sprains, strains, fractures, cardiovascular events, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.
 

 2.⁠ ⁠Fitness Level and Health: I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from safely participating in the activities offered by the Studio. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating in any physical activities if I have any concerns about my health or fitness level.

 3.⁠ ⁠Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activities, programs, or services provided by the Studio. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
 

 4.⁠ ⁠Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the activities, programs, or services provided by the Studio.
 

 5.⁠ ⁠Photography and Video Release: I grant the Studio the right to take photographs and videos of me during my participation in the activities, programs, or services provided by the Studio. I understand that these photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Studio's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these photographs and videos and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for their use.
 

 6.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this waiver shall be brought in the courts of British Columbia.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature.
